A live call transfer connects your agent with a consumer who is already on the phone and engaged. They responded to a campaign, were pre-screened against your criteria, and are transferred directly to your team in real time. No cold dialing. You pick up and close.
We run inbound call programs, where the consumer dials in directly, and transfer programs, where a call center pre-screens and bridges the consumer to your team. Inbound calls carry shorter buffer times because the consumer initiated the call. Legal verticals run on CPA models where you pay on outcome.
Buffer time protection: If a call drops before the buffer window closes, you are not charged. Protects against misdials, hang-ups, and short connects. Buffer times are agreed before your program launches.
Fixed rate per call that connects and stays live past your buffer. Used for insurance, mortgage, SSDI transfers, and home services programs.
You pay when a defined outcome is reached, such as a signed retainer or completed filing. Used for MVA and SSDI legal programs. No buffer applies.
